Éadaoin’s Story

Éadaoin began Irish Dancing at the age of 3. Achieving national success almost immediately, her love for dancing took hold and saw her dedicate her life to the art form. In total, Éadaoin has won 11 Munster and European titles as well as winning gold medals in both the All-Ireland and World Irish Dancing Championships.

Éadaoin recently qualified from the University of Limerick having achieved a 1st Class Honours Degree in Psychology and Traditional Irish Music and Dance and is continuing her studies in Sports Psychology and Rehabilitation Masters.

Éadaoin is passionate about helping others and has travelled abroad volunteering in countries such as Sri Lanka, helping children with special needs, working in youth development and teaching English. Her dancing career has seen her travel the world but she adores being part of the Celtic Steps team in her hometown of Killarney. Now in her 5th season, Éadaoin is the longest running dancer of the group and often helps develop new choreography as part of her role in the Celtic Steps Dance Troop.
