David Geaney shared: “being on Britain’s Got Talent has been an extraordinary experience and I’m grateful for the platform it’s given me to share my own take on the art of Irish Dance with a wider audience. It’s always special to come home to Kerry and I’m looking forward to getting back into my role with Celtic Steps for the season ahead.”
David, who is one of the main stars of the show, first started dancing when he was 5 years old and hasn’t look back since. The Mathematics and Economics Graduate no longer competes competitively but lives to develop and experiment with his own freestyle variety of dance, which remains one of the nightly highlights of the Celtic Steps Show.
David Rae of Celtic Steps commented; “It’s been really exciting to watch David’s journey on BGT and see him fly the flag for Irish Dancing and for Kerry. David brings huge energy, charisma and a style all of his own to the Celtic Steps stage and we are all thrilled to welcome him back to the fold.”
